Four Shillings Short is a long-touring band that delights audiences with their spirited sounds and dynamic musical variety. Joined on some of their albums and occasionally in concert by Arizona vocalist and sister, Susannah Martin, this trio is a rare and wonderful treat, You'll be enchanted by their festive and moving music, rich singing, poetry and stories from the Celtic & World music Traditions, including Gaelic, Pagan, old English and Renaissance.

Four Shillings Short, the husband/wife duo of Aodh Og O’Tuama from Cork, Ireland and Christy Martin from California, perform Traditional and Original music from the Celtic lands, Medieval & Renaissance Europe, India and the Americas on a fantastic array of instruments (over 30) including Hammered & Mountain Dulcimer, Mandolin, Mandola, Bouzouki, Recorders, Tinwhistles, Medieval and Renaissance Woodwinds, North Indian Sitar, Charango, Bowed Psaltery, Banjo, Native American Flutes, Bodhran, Guitar, Ukulele, Doumbek & Darbuka, Spoons, vocals and even a Krumhorn.
